This User Agreement describes use of the MoveOS website and moving-company management workspace. MoveOS provides software for managing moving-business operations. The moving company using a workspace is responsible for the moving services it offers and its agreements with customers.
1. Accounts and authorized use
Use the workspace only with the account owner's permission. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. Keep sign-in credentials private, give staff only the access they need, and notify the administrator if access may have been compromised. Do not access another organization's information, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or interfere with the service.
2. Your information and records
You retain your rights in the customer, employee and business information you submit. You authorize its processing as needed to operate the features you use, maintain the service and respond to support requests. You are responsible for having permission to collect and use that information and for checking its accuracy. Do not upload information you are not authorized to use or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Estimates, bookings and documents
Review addresses, inventory, rates, charges, taxes, travel calculations, staffing, dates and totals before relying on a quote or confirming a job. Software calculations and availability checks can contain errors or depend on incomplete inputs. A saved estimate, draft message or printed document does not by itself prove that a payment was collected, a message was delivered or a customer signed an agreement. Confirm the result of the relevant connected service.
The moving company's customer contract, cancellation policy, valuation terms and payment obligations are separate from this software agreement. MoveOS does not replace the company's operational, employment, tax or regulatory responsibilities.
4. Connected services and AI help
Some features use third-party services. Google Maps features send address or route information to Google. The OpenAI-powered help assistant sends the conversation you type to OpenAI. AI responses may be inaccurate and require human review; the operations help assistant cannot change business records. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive customer information into chat.
Third-party availability, usage limits, terms and charges apply to the services you connect. Connecting a service does not guarantee that every integration or advertised workflow is configured. An OpenAI API connection uses API billing, separately from a ChatGPT subscription.
5. Fees and service scope
Subscription, implementation, support and cancellation arrangements, if any, are those separately agreed with your MoveOS provider. This page does not create a new fee or change an existing price. Provider usage charges, such as Maps or OpenAI API usage, depend on the connected account and your use.
6. Availability, changes and responsibility
Features may change, be unavailable or require maintenance. Keep appropriate copies of important business records and printed documents, and verify critical actions. Do not rely on software or AI output as professional legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on this page guarantees uninterrupted or error-free service, or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Access and ending use
Your workspace administrator can manage staff access. Contact your administrator or MoveOS about ending access, exporting records or account closure. Stopping use does not automatically delete business records or backups or cancel a separately connected provider account.
8. Privacy, updates and contact
See the MoveOS Privacy Policy for information practices. Updates will carry a new effective date; separate signed terms and mandatory legal rights continue to apply. For questions about these terms or your MoveOS service, use Contact MoveOS. For issues with a move, contact the moving company that provided the quote or performed the service.
Customer estimate links and electronic acknowledgements
Moving companies can publish a saved estimate and email a private customer link. A requested move date does not itself confirm a booking. A decline request requires company review and does not automatically cancel an existing booked move. A customer can update contact information and record a drawn electronic acknowledgement of the published estimate and the moving company terms shown with it. MoveOS records the estimate fingerprint, signer name, signature image and timestamp. This self-hosted acknowledgement does not verify a signer identity or provide third-party signature certification. The moving company is responsible for reviewing requests, determining applicable agreement requirements and confirming arrangements.
